Consultation Fees & Terms
Consultation Services start at $200/hour
FREE Initial 30 minute Consultation for discovery and client investigation of services.
SB SILVA, LLC shall be retained directly by the owner, owner representative or consultant subcontractor under an existing member of the development team (Architect, Mechanical Engineer, Project Manager, General Counsel, etc.)
The initial retainer amount is determined and agreed upon based on the scope of work of consulting services and the estimated hours required to complete services rendered.
Hourly Consultant Fees are to be paid only once total number of hours exceeds the initial retainer amount paid.
SB SILVA, LLC invoices clients on the first day of each month.
